About the clinic

Holme Valley Sports Massage and Injury Clinic and a Hub located inside CrossFit IronFort Bottoms Mills Holmfirth.

We offer sports injury manipulation work, posture assessments,  exercise to help posture and injury's, and a high level of physical therapy. Which can be done for all ages, sizes and ability.

The clinic opened in July 2015 and is  evolving to this day. There has been people from professional sports clubs to everyday stay at home mums.
